April is the founder of Unfold Motherhood and Wellness, a prenatal yoga studio in Brea, Ca. Over the last 10 years she has led and supported thousands of women through their pregnancy journey. She is also a mama of 2, a prenatal yoga teacher and trainer, a birth doula and a childbirth educator.
